Warranty
We like to keep things simple here.
We stand behind our products.
Just like we have done since the very beginning. So if there’s anything we have failed to do correctly or even if it’s your fault, we will do our best to fix it up right for you.
We do reserve the right to inspect the product and determine if the product is fixable or needs to be completely replaced. If we determine that the product has been unnecessarily abused (more than typical wear) or if the product is outside of the lifespan window (5 years on saddles) we reserve the right to deny warranty or replacement.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return/replacement. Time and materials for a fix or replacement product (after we have made a decision on warranty status) will be covered by Overwatch Outdoors.
